COMMERCIAL MOVING IS TEAMWORK

  Your office move will begin with our Planning Team. Which will conduct a survey, take inventory, make the estimate, and meet with your people. Our team carries out all the plans that have been meticulously worked out. They know how to work with the planners so that color codes and numerical sequences are translated into an efficient workflow.

    Our team works with only the best equipment; and that starts with our trucks. They have an air ride suspension system, which is a system of heavy-duty, flexible air bags. They eliminate 85% of road shock and vibration that conventional steel spring suspension systems absorb and often pass on to the truck's contents. In addition, we use special dollies, bins, security covers, crates and lifts to insure full protection in every phase of your move.

DEVELOPING THE PLAN

    Developing a plan is the first task of the Moving Consultant assigned to your move. Constructing this plan includes analysis, research and physical preparation for moving day. To do this, you will meet with your representative to review every detail of your move, thus assuring its success. Your Moving Consultant will make a comprehensive survey of your facility. He will prepare a detailed inventory of all furniture and equipment to be moved and services to be provided.

TAGGING & MARKING

    The Moving Consultant will develop a color coding system which identifies every item that's moved and its exact position in the new location. Sufficient coding tags will be left with all personnel, to be placed on containers when they are packed. In addition, we will supply you with "Do Not Move" tags to identify pieces you wish left behind.

PACKING UP & GETTING READY

    If you wish, we will provide professional packers whose experience and technical know-how will get the job done quickly and correctly. Our experience has been that many companies elect to pack the most non-breakable and/or stock and supply areas, leaving the more delicate and valuable items for us.

THE MOVE

    The time and sequence schedule developed in the pre-move phase now comes into play. Unpacking of cartons begins as soon as delivery is complete. Everything packed by Arpin will be unpacked by our men unless you prefer to do it yourselves. Cartons packed by your own personnel are placed next to the appropriate furniture. As soon as unpacking is complete, we remove all cartons from the premise.
