Transtar will remain open and fully operational during our normal business hours; we are prepared to continue our daily operations and do not anticipate any disruptions to your customer experience. As always, we continue to prioritize the safety of our customers and employees in these uncertain times. Transtar is practicing and enforcing the best practices for being safe on moving day in the midst of COVID-19. As you know, safety recommendations for both customers and staff are often changing in accordance with the CDC and our state officials; you can count on us to keep up-to-date with the latest recommendations. In these new times, a typical move is fairly similar to a move pre-COVID. We are still doing everything we did before, but our crew members are being safe by wearing gloves and face masks, and socially distancing when possible. Oftentimes, the people that we are moving are being safe by practicing the same things. We are still sanitizing trucks daily and making sure we have clean working environments to ensure the safety of everyone involved. We are working diligently to adapt to these new circumstances while continuing to operate daily.
