ALL of my items in storage after 3 months were returned with a stench, I had to wipe down all of my furniture, wash all of my clothes, blankets, sheets, pillows etc. and now need to have more delicate items like suits dry cleaned at an additional expense to me because of the smell. I am also missing pieces from my vacuum cleaner that were packed and shuffled around due to a broken pod.
